This country is not ready for travelers – they tested for temperature 2 times every day with a max on 37,0. Any more and we were supposed to be placed in quarantine. 37,0 is so low, that just a woman having her period would end up in trouble. With this regime, everyone can only follow rules. No one seem to have the mandate to think for themselves. And that would be necessary when this is at play. We had two women held back for an hour an entering the country and neither were ill at all. That’s simple too random for travelers. And unsafe, as it did not seem possible to explain this ‘default male’ way of looking at the world.

The one testing at entrance was both polite and professional though. So it’s complaining about the system being flawed and not the individual.

Entering stadium. Locals in straight lines. Foreigners in chaos with mobiles held high to film.

I can’t even really spot the women. They are there though.
